Information you provide
Enquiry forms collect contact details, requested dates, guest numbers, service selections and any requirements you choose to share.
How it is used
Your enquiry is submitted to Southern Light’s CRM so authorised staff can review it, respond, check feasibility and prepare a quotation. These website forms do not use ChatGPT.
An Event enquiry may generate an acknowledgement email. Quotations and booking confirmations are managed separately by staff. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room or venue, or take payment.
What to include
Please include only information needed to handle your enquiry. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents or confidential information in the message box.
